Claim Policy
At Indian Courier and Logistics, we strive to deliver your goods in a timely and secure manner. However, in the event of any damage, loss, or delay, our claim policy ensures that you can seek compensation under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Claims: Claims must be made within 14 days of the delivery date or the expected delivery date in case of non-delivery.
Filing a Claim: To file a claim, please submit a formal request through our customer service department, providing details such as tracking number, shipment description, and proof of damage or loss.
Inspection and Investigation: Upon receiving your claim, we will conduct an inspection and investigation to determine the cause of the damage or loss. We may require you to provide additional documents, such as invoices, photos, or any other evidence to support the claim.
Compensation: If the claim is found to be valid, compensation will be provided based on the declared value of the goods and the type of shipment. Compensation will not exceed the value declared during shipment, and our liability is limited to the extent of the service chosen.
Exclusions: We are not responsible for claims resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to force majeure events, improper packaging, or prohibited items.
Processing Time: Claims are typically processed within 30 days of submission. We will notify you of the outcome and any applicable compensation once the investigation is complete.
